The Director of the Woman & Girls Prevention Program coordinates all women and girls gender specific chronic disease prevention services, oversees all gender specific outreach activities, the SISTA, Girlfriends and “Teen to Young Adult” Rites of Passage.

Prevention and Data Management Specialist (PDMS)
The Prevention and Data Management Specialist maintains data collection and processing systems. Additionally, the PDMS tracks trends in chronic disease data in the Territory, Nationally and Internationally.
Jessica Waldron
Director of Outreach Services (DOS)
Advance chronic disease prevention by developing and implementing marketing and prevention strategies that encourage chronic disease testing in the community. Arrange campaigns; tracks testing data; maintain promotional materials inventory; plan meetings and maintains database; prepares reports.
Vacant Director of Office Affairs (DOA)
The Office Manager is responsible for the strategic operations of the agency. The OM manages all agency related projects, agency related operations that include but is not limited to agency related banking, officiating the agency calendar and agency equipment.

Prevention Specialists’ supports company operations by administering HIV and chronic disease screening and prevention services on the islands of St. Thomas, St. John and St. Croix.
