The U.S. V.I. government contribute little to HIV awareness, treatment and social services. 10 years after HOPE’s opening, HOPE continues to fight mothers, daughters, sisters, nieces and babies while local senators, and government officials give a “blind eye”. WHERE ARE THE ELECTED OFFICIALS?
